ZR-1 Front Speaker Removal

1. Remove the vertical trim strip at the rear of the door opening, 2 Philips head screws.

 

2. Remove 3 Philips head screws on the outside of the carpeted sill panel.

 

3. Pull the sill panel up and out of the rubber seal strip at the front of the door opening.

 

4. The speaker amplifier assembly is attached to the chassis with 4 7 mm hex head sheet metal screws.

 

5. Disconnect the 4-wire connector and you're done.

 

6. The amplifier is under an access panel - remove it.

 

7. Disconnect the multi pin connector and remove the amp circuit board.
